The Duration of the Long term internship will be one year and after completion of the Internship they will absorb as permanent Employee with a package of 2.5 Lacks per annum.
Five students of OP Jindal University Raigarh got selected in Jindal Steel and Power Ltd (JSPL) for Long Term Paid internship with a Stipend of Rs 15000/- per month. They can be absorbed as full time Employee if their performance is matching with the requirements of JSPL. They will be working on web development, ERP Development and Maintenance, and various IT related duties.
