Congratulations to Dr. R. D. Patidar for his appointment as a Regular Vice-Chancellor of OP Jindal University by the Hon’ble Governor of the Chhattisgarh State. Dr. Patidar has done his Ph.D. from IIT-Roorkee in the field of Electrical Engineering. He has served OPJU in various capacity viz. Officiating Vice-Chancellor, Pro-Vice-Chancellor, Registrar, Vice Dean & Professor-SOE. He has also worked as a Director, OP Jindal Institute of Technology. He is having more than 25 years of experience in academia, industry and administration. He is the recipient of several scholarships and awards such as the MHRD Scholarship, the Gold Medal at M.E. Level, the best paper award at the IEEE conference and the best teacher award.
