Office of the CoE

The office of the Controller of Examination looks after all Operations and Administrative Activities related to Examinations at OP Jindal University. The examination regulations are framed by the Office of the Registrar and the Controller of Examination which are ratified by the Academic Council of the University. The Undergraduate, Postgraduate, and Diploma semester examinations along with PhD coursework examinations of the University are conducted by the office headed by the Controller of Examination. This office is situated on the ground floor of the University’s Administrative Building, equipped with IT-enabled facilities, it is committed to the development of an International Standard Secured Examination Processing System to cater to the global changes in the assessment system of the academic parameters, and monitors the Continuous Evaluation System and Semester Examinations maintaining transparency. The examination regulations along with the roles and responsibilities of the examination officials and invigilators are clearly defined in the Examination Guidelines which are shared with each school for the information of the students and faculties. The Office of the Controller of Examinations strictly monitors the processes related to Examination through the Dy. Controller of Examinations.
