This program looks after the financial bearing of the Girls who otherwise sacrifice and compromise with their dreams to pursue education due to lack of financial support and various other situations in their families.
With programd as YASHASVI, the JSP Foundation is committed to not leave behind the voiceless and has proclaimed to bring up more programs that will benefit girls in order to have a Atma Nirbhar Bharat. So far the YASHASVI program has benefited more than 5600 girls from 3 eastern, tribal dominant states.
to support girl children/ women from poor and underprivileged section to make them self-reliant. The programme focuses on girl children/women who due to financial constraints are unable to complete their studies or could not undertake further studies.
a. Minimum education qualification: The candidate should have completed
(i) Class 10th Board Exam for Skilling courses
(ii) +2 courses for Professional courses and for higher education
(iii) Graduation for Post Graduation courses
b. Income level of the parents (both)/spouse/self – Max Rs. 2 lakh (Income Certificate has to be issued/ certified by competent Revenue Authorities) and verified by JSP Foundation.
c. Age: The lower age limit of the Candidate is completion of 16 years and upper age limit is completion of 30 years.
The candidate should be a domicile in the State of Odisha, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand.
On receiving of application, the candidature/ application will be scrutinized on the various parameters of eligibility laid out by the JSP Foundation.
An Expert Committee will be formed by the JSP Foundation to finalize the candidate for financial support. The application will be assessed by the Expert Committee formed by the JSP Foundation only on merit basis by taking into consideration the marks secured in the qualifying exams as indicated below and the income criteria.
The Candidates can choose Skill Development Courses / Professional Education and higher studies in general stream.
Under Skill Development Courses: the candidates can choose Short Term courses/ Diploma Courses/ Certificate courses of their interest. Illustratively those can be Beautician course, Hair stylist, Dress designing, Make-up/ Beauty therapist, Computer course, Short term Software courses, Web /Graphic Designing, Data entry, Food & Nutrition Care, Social Media Marketing, Event Management, Photography, Office/ Front Office Assistant, Account Executive, Digital Marketing, Short term Banking Courses, Nursing Care, Elderly care, etc. which may enable the candidates to earn their livelihood in a dignified manner. The Candidate should have secured a minimum of 60% marks in class 10th Board examination.
Under Higher education: the Candidates can pursue +2 courses in Arts, Science, Commerce and any other recognised courses from recognized and credible Institution. The qualifying mark required for applying for financial support under this category is 65% in Class 10th Board and 55% in Class 12th Exams
For various courses after Graduation and Post Graduation/ Allied higher courses, minimum mark stipulated is 55% in the last qualifying examination and the letter of admission from the select Institutions.
For Professional Courses like Medical / Engineering / Law / Architecture and similar courses, the Candidate should have successfully cleared the relevant Entrance Examination and must have secured the letter of admission from a recognized and credible Institution.
Upon selection, the support/ grant to the candidates will be provided after due on ground verification of their eligibility and ability to perform assessment in the form of interview conducted by JSP Foundation and verification of the credibility of the Institution.
The selected candidates will be supported with admissible course fee which will be payable to the Institution directly by the JSP Foundation
For the renewal, continuation of scheme for long term courses, the candidate's performance will be reviewed (the concerned student has to secure first division in the semester/ Annual Examination. The report card/mark sheet issued by the concerned Institution has to be produced and assessment will be re done by the Expert Committee.
The applicant/ candidate if selected will be eligible for any one course only.
The applicant/ candidate will not be eligible for the scheme again, once selected.
The number of beneficiaries will solely be decided by the JSP Foundation.
Students who are in receipt of scholarships/ financial support either from Government or from any other source will not be eligible for the scheme.
Student must be a permanent resident of the locations specified in the scope.
All documents have to be produced and shared with the JSP Foundation and are subject to verification.
The decision of the JSP Foundation with regard to the final selection is final and cannot be questioned by any other authority outside the JSP Foundtaion.

Statement of marks of Previous Exams passed
Residential proof, certificate from the Block/ District level;
Bonafide certificate from the school/ college along with the fee structure;
Annual family income certificate by appropriate authority;
Self declaration regarding non-receipt of scholarship from other sources by the student duly endorsed by concerned authorities.
