The O. P. Jindal University, Raigarh, (C.G.) established under the Chhattisgarh Private University Act (No 13 to 2005). The University has initiated the process for the appointment of the Vice Chancellor, who shall hold office for a term of four years from the date of appointment or up to the age of 70 years, whichever is earlier.
A Person of the highest level of competence, integrity, moral, and institutional commitment shall be considered for the appointed as Vice Chancellor. The candidate should be a distinguished academician and possess adequate administrative qualities with a minimum of ten years of experience as a Professor in a University system or ten years of experience in an equivalent position in a reputed research and/or academic administrative organization as per University Grants Commissions (UGC) norms.
The applicant should be a visionary with proven leadership qualities, administrative capabilities as well as teaching and research credentials.
