Presently working as Renewable Energy specialist and Worked as a Senior Research Scientist (SRS) in solar photovoltaic division of National Institute of Solar Energy, where he is involved in various research and development activities of NISE. Performance and reliability of different photovoltaic technology modules viz: Mono crystalline Si, Multi crystalline Si, hetro-junction with intrinsic thin layer (HIT), Amorphous Silicon, CdTe in the actual outdoor condition. He is also working in various international collaborative projects of NISE with NREL-USA, AIST-Japan, Indo-UK STAPP project and The Solar Energy Research Institute for India and United State (SERIIUS), INDO-US project. Lead Project Coordinator of 500 kWp Multi Technology Power Plant at NISE. He is also coordinating in various National as well as International training program at NISE. LEAD PROGRAME DIRECTOR AND LEAD MASTER TRAINER OF SOLAR SYSTEM DESIGN SOFTWARE (PVSYST ANS PVSOL) WORKSHOP AT NISE.
Area of Interest: Solar Radiation Prediction, outdoor performance and reliability of different photovoltaic technologies, effect of environmental stresses on the performance and long term reliability of PV technologies.
